Lovely welcome, charming guesthouse that also serves drinks and meals. Rooms were very good and clean. Food was average.
Accommodation at Cape Karoo Guesthouse was excellent. Value for 1 night was excessive, considering it didn't include breakfast, rusks, or water in the room. We were looking forward to relaxing by the pool; however, there was no umbrella or shade, nor any lounges to sit on. Pity about that.
This accommodation was clean, tidy, stylish and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is luxurious and comfortable and looks exactly as advertised. It is located in a quiet street and has secure parking. We had a great barbecue by the pool, so loadshedding didn't bother us. The hostess received us warmly and herself sent ice to the room twice upon request. I can recommend this guesthouse!

As a family, we have travelled the road from JHB to CT more than 8 times already and the Cape Karoo guest house is by far the very best pit stop for overnight rest compared to all others along the route. Our very own little Shangri-La. This is truly paradise found, you will not be disappointed.

Will want to arrive earlier next time and cool off in the pool before a cocktail on the roof terrace. We decided at short notice to spend the night in Beaufort West. Cape Karoo Guesthouse helped us quickly. On arrival, just before 21:00, the braai pack and lamb curry we ordered were in our room. Wood and lightning were also provided and we could sit quietly by the fire and enjoy the Karoo air.

It was extremely cold in Beaufort West and we slept very cosy. Good service with the dinner. Garden Cottage offers no privacy between parents and kids. There not even a curtain in front of the shower. More suitable for parents with small kids and not teenagers.
Was incredibly comfortable with our children and dog. Breakfast was excellent and everything was neat, clean and so beautiful! Will definitely stay there again!

Cape Karoo is located close to N1. Easy access with secure parking. The units are very clean and tidy. Tastefully furnished and you can see attention has been paid to smaller details. Staff are incredibly hospitable, it felt like we were staying with friends. Will definitely stop there again on the way or back from the Cape!

The accommodation comprises 12 luxurious and spacious en-suite rooms. All rooms are equipped with 100% cotton bed linen, a bar fridge, complimentary tea- and coffee-making facilities, DStv, air-conditioning and each with its own entrance. Rooms lead to a refreshing country atmosphere in the enchanted garden full of bird life with a beautiful Mountain View.
